Professional Experience & Biography
Dr. Batovska currently works as an Interim Manager specializing in global transformation projects, process engineering (Lean / Six Sigma), and strategic management. Her primary areas of expertise include the automotive, logistics, supply chain, business services (IT, Consulting, Customer support…) and retail sectors.
Bibiana sees herself as a "Change Creator." Her life motto builds upon the well-known saying, "The secret to success in life is to be ready for the opportunity when it comes," transforming it into her own vision: "The secret to success lies in the ability to CREATE positive change."
As a change driver, Bibiana has gained extensive experience in international organizations. She has held managerial roles such as Global Transformational Project / Process Manager, Logistics and Operational Manager, and others.
For more than 10 years, she has been a Professor at LIGS University / EDU Effective Business School and is also a certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in business growth and operational efficiency by implementing key projects and workshops, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and identifying areas for potential enhancement.
Her primary focus has always been to support business growth, implement and strengthen corporate strategies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. As a workshop facilitator, she contributed to the implementation of key strategic projects across businesses.
Bibiana actively participates in professional conferences, where she engages with industry experts and shares her experiences. She is also a co- author of several publications focusing on Lean principles and business growth.
