Each year, our students and graduates have the chance to take part in the official Graduation Ceremony — a meaningful event where they receive their well-earned diplomas. Complete your studies at LIGS University and celebrate this important achievement with us.

Celebrate your accomplishments by participating at our 2027 Graduation Ceremony that will be held in Prague, the Czech Republic.

You will have a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your success with fellow graduates while receiving your hard-earned diploma.

Registration for the graduation ceremony has now closed. The registration deadline was March 10th, 2027.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the price?

The graduation package includes your participation in the ceremony, graduation attire, professional photos, and one guest seat free of charge. Refreshments are not included.

Please note: Don't forget to bring your diploma and your graduation cap (scarf is not available).

Why do I need to enter my full name and titles?

The name and titles you provide in the registration form will be announced during the diploma presentation. Please make sure to write them exactly as you wish them to be read.

What is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline was March 1, 2026. Registration has now closed. If you are still interested in attending the ceremony, please contact us at info@ligsunversity.com, and our team will check the available options individually.

What are the cancellation conditions?

  • Cancellation by February 28, 2026 – 50% refund
  • Cancellation between March 1 and March 10, 2026 – 25% refund
  • Cancellation after March 11, 2026 – no refund
  • Participation is also conditional on completing your studies by March 1, 2026.

    • In what language will the ceremony be conducted?

    The ceremony will be held in English with Czech interpretation.

    Will there be photos from the event?

    Yes, professional photos are included in the graduation package and will be sent to graduates by email within two weeks after the event.

    Is Bethlehem Chapel wheelchair accessible?

    The venue is largely wheelchair accessible. Entry is possible, but there is one step and a higher threshold. Please contact us in advance if needed – we’ll be happy to assist.

    How do I get there? Is parking available?

    We recommend using public transportation – Bethlehem Chapel is located in the center of Prague and is easily accessible by tram and metro. The nearest metro and tram stop is Národní třída, a 5-minute walk away. Parking directly at the chapel is not available. The nearest paid parking is at the National Theatre garages.

    Can I register even if I’m still studying?

    Yes, if you complete your studies by March 1, 2026. If you are unsure, please contact us at learningsuccesscenter@ligsuniversity.com – we’ll arrange it individually.

    How many guests can I bring?

    Each graduate has one guest seat included in the price. Additional seats can be purchased if capacity allows. We recommend a maximum of three guests per graduate.

    I have completed more than one program – can I receive multiple diplomas?

    Yes, simply contact us in advance at learningsuccesscenter@ligsuniversity.com and we’ll arrange it individually.

    What should I wear?

    The ceremony has a formal and festive character. Gentlemen should note that the gown is worn without a jacket. Ladies are free to choose formal attire according to their own style. Children are welcome, but please leave pets at home.
