Proposed Dissertation Themes & Research Projects

The following themes represent my current priorities for doctoral supervision and active research, focusing on the intersection of organizational strategy, emerging technology, and human-centric leadership:

  • Theme 1: Human-AI Symbiosis in Executive Decision-Making. Investigating how Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI can be integrated into high-level management to move beyond automation toward a collaborative, "hybrid intelligence" model. This research focuses on the "Épsilon Code" framework to redefine strategic limits in the AI era.
  • Theme 2: Transitioning from Hierarchies to Reticular Organizational Networks. Exploring the shift from traditional "pyramid" power structures to mesh-based, decentralized models. Research in this area utilizes Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to evaluate how "Reticular Power" influences stakeholder negotiation and organizational agility.
  • Theme 3: Cognitive Disciplines and Philosophical Foundations for Modern Leadership. Analyzing the application of Stoicism, Mindfulness, and Critical Thinking as tools for mitigating cognitive bias in leadership. This theme seeks to develop modular programs that ground executive governance in philosophical resilience and ethical decision-making.
  • Theme 4: Strategic Governance of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI). Researching the role of senior leadership in implementing Zero Trust architectures and ransomware mitigation strategies. This area emphasizes cybersecurity as a core component of organizational governance rather than a purely technical function.
  • Theme 5: Identifying "Weak Signals" for Strategic Scenario Planning. Developing methodologies for environmental scanning that utilize AI-driven tools to detect early indicators of market disruption. This research focuses on applying case study methodologies to improve predictive accuracy in global business scenarios.

Professional Experience & Biography

Bridging the gap between corporate governance and academic inquiry, my career is defined by a commitment to translating theoretical frameworks into organizational excellence. Holding a Doctorate in Management Sciences from UADE and a post-graduate degree from UBA, I leverage a unique synergy between my background as a former CEO and my role as a strategic consultant and international speaker.

A significant milestone in my journey is the ongoing development of “The Épsilon Code”, a leadership framework designed to navigate the complexities of “Hybrid Intelligence” and the shift from hierarchical structures to reticular, mesh-based models. My work focuses on integrating Generative AI, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and cognitive disciplines like Stoicism and Critical Thinking into modern executive governance.

Mentorship is central to my academic philosophy, having directed numerous doctoral and master’s programs. I expect a dedicated doctoral candidate to be a proactive researcher capable of identifying "weak signals" in the global landscape. I value candidates who demonstrate intellectual rigor, an appetite for interdisciplinary exploration, and the ability to produce “humanized” scholarship that addresses the urgent strategic challenges of the coming era.
