I am an academic and professional with an interdisciplinary focus. My education and experience in Management, Career Development, Community Development, Social Work, Education, the Arts and Sociology brings together a holistic and rich understanding of work, people and life, in general. My expertise lies in bridging gaps and building common grounds between corporate, community and academic practices and environments. I have served as a mentor and guide for over 25 years for graduate and postgraduate students and professionals from over 100 countries in both community and academic settings, supporting them in their journey of realizing their full potential. I encourage my doctoral students to enjoy the process of learning, be both committed to their goals and be open to constructive feedback. I remain open to lifelong learning and I aspire to learn from my students as well, transcending in the process, any power and ego plays that are detrimental to the larger goals and processes of learning and education. Being an educator is my natural calling and passion. I am fortunate to have numerous testimonials over the years from my students that speak to and of my work and my dedication as an educator.
