HR Management

This course concentrates on human capital and its management as a key factor for the success of an organization. Students are encouraged to analyze and look into the processes of staff selection and adaptation, system of remuneration in correlation with an employee’s performance and an organization’s possibilities.

The next part is dedicated to employee evaluation system, training, education and career development, and also corporate culture and ethics. The last area is personnel audit, staff planning and outsourcing. Upon completion, the students will gain a insight into HR processes, which will enable them to predict and most of all be a part of the development in the area.

Planning and Development of HR

The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the process and specifics of Planning and Development of HR. Students will examine the process, goals and strategy for securing human resources, they will be able to identify the key resources in all areas of operations. The center of attention for HR Management is the most important factor for securing qualified and satisfied specialists and staff. Participants will learn to identify the training needs of employees and use the latest approaches in human resource development. Performance management completes the curriculum of the course. After completing the course the students will get comprehensive and current knowledge from the field.

Managerial experience of minimum of 5 years
Documents (electronic form): Copy of a document proving the highest degree earned + transcript of records, CV, Photo, Government issued ID
Application is considered upon complete submission of the documents and after the application fee of $100 is credited. Final acceptance is subject to the decision of the Vice Provost at his sole discretion.
